An immersive educational experience for hairdressers who want to move beyond trend-based learning and into intentional, independent thinking.
The Residency is designed to slow the process down long enough for real understanding to take hold. Over the course of 2.5 days, a small group works together through guided discussion, theory, demonstration, and hands-on experimentation — supported by shared space, conversation, and reflection.
Rather than teaching isolated techniques, this seminar focuses on how ideas are formed, how inspiration is collected, and how intention is translated into practical work behind the chair.
This program is for hairdressers who want their work to feel considered, personal, and grounded in design principles that last.
Evening 1 • Welcome & Orientation
An on-site welcome reception to begin the experience together.
We’ll spend the evening getting to know one another, introducing the point&line philosophy, and setting the framework for the days ahead.
Drinks and light refreshments included.
Day 1 • Theory & Demonstration
A full day dedicated to understanding.
This day focuses on design theory, creative expression, and methodology.
live demos, composition building exercises and our signature interactive theory, we explore how form, light, balance, and intention work together in hairdressing — and how to make decisions with clarity rather than habit.
Breakfast & lunch included.
Day 2 • Workshop & Application
A hands-on day focused on translating ideas into action.
Using the concepts introduced on Day 1, we work through guided experimentation and application. The emphasis is on process, problem-solving, and developing a personal point of view — not producing a “perfect” result or following someone else's techniques.
We’ll close the seminar with an on-site reception, allowing time to reflect, share insights, and bring the experience to a deliberate close.
Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments included.
